Following the acquisition by Wencan Holding (France) SAS (Wencan France) of 61.96% of the share capital of Le Bélier, Wencan France, in accordance with French regulations of securities market, has filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) a public tender offer for all the remaining shares of Le Bélier at the purchase price of 38.18 euros per share on 7 October 2020.
